Do you provide International delivery?

 

Yes we do, please contact us prior to ordering so that we can advise on the costs involved.

 

 

How do I return an item?

 

All of our products are bespoke and once your order has been accepted and in production we are unable to refund or cancel the order. Order to start of production is usually a few days so if you have made a mistake, please contact us immediately and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

Do you offer an installation service for your products?

Yes, Fitting window boxes on brackets or on window sills are the most common.. as a guide local to Chichester is £30 for first window box. Please enquire for a bespoke quotation.

How do I track my order?

We will email you on receipt of order and again when the product is shipped.

 

What are your delivery options?

Shipping and Packaging costs of Planters, Window Boxes and associated accessories are free, no hidden costs, the price we show is the price you pay.  Shipping and Packaging costs of Tables, Bin Stores & Bespoke Products are at cost.

 

We use Parcel Force  or other suitable carriers and a signature is usually required on delivery.

 

This service delivers to the following zones:

 

Zone 1 England, Wales and parts of Scotland, excluding

Highlands and Islands. The zone is made up of all postcodes not mentioned in zones 2 and 3

 

Zone 2 The Highlands and Islands of Scotland - postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE

 

Zone 3 Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly -postcodes BT, IM, TR21-25

 

Please note: we classify the Channel Islands as an International destination. 

 

We can ship to anywhere, if you are outside the above zones then please contact customer services for costs.
